Richard Jay was excited to learn that Evolution Business Systems had launched its same-day support services for Adelaide based businesses in early 2010.
At a meeting with Evolution Business Systems, Ms. Cattanach outlined Richard Jay’s requirements to optimise the performance of its Arrow Financials system. “We gave them a list of what we wanted, some of which were immediate needs and others ongoing improvements,” she said.

Sometimes we are truly blessed; we work in an environment where we are fortunate enough to be able to help people. Now don’t get me wrong, we have days where we are challenged, but… that’s the job. We are consultants, business advisors, business solutions architects, technical advisors and general fix it guys. We receive calls to implement an end to end ERP solution, or a helpdesk call because the client is unable to print, but again that’s what we do.

Arrow Release Visual Arrow 5.2

Arrow have announced a new release of Visual Arrow 5.2 which is scheduled for the first quarter of this year.
This release will include support for Windows 7 and also an update to Quickforms to make it compatible with both Vista and Windows 7.
Tencia Release Candidate W2 RC2

Arrow advise further progress has been made on their flagship accounting software solution ‘Tencia’. This product is the upgrade from Arrow Financials. In December 2009 the completion of the most recent Release Candidate called ‘W2 RC2′ which was distributed to the Arrow Business Partner network for review and feedback
ATO announce the withdrawal of E-Record.

The ATO has announced that their E-Record system will not be available from July 2010, while support for the product will cease on 30 September 2010. You will only be able to download the E-Record product up until the 30 June 2010 and user support relating to the 2009 to 2010 income year will continue until the 30 September 2010 according to the ATO website.

Arrow business partner, Evolution Business Systems (EBS) has launched a same-day support service in Adelaide for companies using the Arrow Financials accounting software program.
EBS, whose national support centre is in Melbourne, is already providing Arrow Financials support for customers in both Australia and New Zealand.
MD Paul Woods established EBS in 2001 and the firm has won several awards, including being four-time recipient of Arrow’s Business Partner of the Year accolade.
