  • A:The current release is from NAV2013R2-CU8 onwards.
  • Q:My online help is not working, what do I need to do?
  • A:Install end user help by copying the files from the Help folder of the package to the to the help/en and help/en-AU folder of the NAV Help web application installation folder.
  • Q:Where do I setup my SMTP settings?
  • A:Setup the correct SMTP settings using the native NAV SMTP setup at: Departments / Administration / IT Administration / General / SMTP Mail Setup
  • Q:Where do I check to see if any emails sent have errors?
  • A:Review Communicator log to see which emails have been sent and which hard copies are printed. Furthermore identify any errors in sending emails. Communicator log can be accessed at: Departments / Administration / IT Administration / General / Communicator Log
