EBS Care provides you with personalised and dedicated support when you need it. Our customer support team will be your initial point of contact and will assist you with queries related to your Microsoft Dynamics solution.

EBS Care Additional Information:
• Total cost is $1000 per month ex GST and monthly invoices are provided.
• EBS Care is by direct debit only.
• Applicable to ‘live’ sites only and valid only after Implementation phase. Prior to implementation go live, terms and conditions are as per Engagement Agreement.
• 10 hours of support per month excludes on site consulting and travel time.
• Contract is for a minimum 12-month period and is automatically renewed annually for 12 months.
• Contract may be cancelled at the end of the 12-month period provided that EBS receives written notification no less than 30 days’ prior to the end of the contract date.
• EBS may terminate a contract for breach of contract, non-Epayment or illegal conduct.
• Emergency after hours’ phone support is by specific arrangement.
• If terms and conditions are not met, your contract may be terminated by EBS. An early termination charge may apply.
• Service Level Agreement times are for response times.
• Service Level Agreement times apply to standard business hours only (9am – 5pm AEST).
• Fair use policy applies. Excludes: training, consulting (on and off site, travel time).
